CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY ON SERVICE

Cancellation Fees

If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours after booking, a 20% cancellation fee of the total service cost will be charged.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

All ticket purchases/booking purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Changes to Reservations
